Valley View Retirement Village is comprised of one- or two-bedroom homes for rent or purchase. This promotes independent living within a safe and caring community.
Two bedroom homes have single car garages and full kitchens. Included in the monthly rent are two hours of housekeeping each month, two meals per person per day, and all utilities except telephone and garbage collection. These are for retirees who require minimal services and assistance.
One bedroom Lodge Homes are located in the main building and have one bedroom with a custom kitchen. Rent includes weekly housekeeping, utilities with the exception of telephone, two meals per person per day, and a continental breakfast daily. The retirees in Lodge Homes can obtain more assistance as needed.
Resort Setting
Our homes are in a beautiful setting with stunning views. We offer an onsite exercise room and beauty shop. Transportation for scheduled trips into town is provided on a regular basis.
